CCELL is a set of 8 control changes, each controller number and MIDI channel can be defined by the user. Each controller is connected to a modulation system with individual settings for waveform (sine, triangle, saw, pulse) mod rate , mod amount. All these settings are stored in 16 slots, for later use. The template does not require any additional software, use this template with your MIDI equipment (hardware / software). More Info & Download
Beat Slicers such as Reaktor instrument L3 are really useful, they allow you to re-organize, alter, transform and recycle your audio material. This template adds fun to the process, allowing manipulation of each audio "slice" from your Lemur in real time, modifying parameters like gain, pitch, reverse, decay and such, linking patterns, and more. Load your own loops in Reaktor and use this template as an indispensable tool of every audio surgeon.
Spacedrone MOD is specially built to interact with Lemur and with sound design as its primary objective. This template allows you to manipulate, create, modulate your own sounds making extensive use of the Lemur's objetcs physics, sound morphing, as well as functions that allow you to alter quickly your sounds via a direct and intuitive interface. You might find this proyec useful to create atmospheres, drones, and evolving soundscapes. The file includes 200 sound examples created by sound designers Richard Devine, Antonio Blanca and Miguel Isaza. Video
This legendary piece by Lazyfish is one of my favorite instruments because of the sounds it generates, within its minimalist and well designed interface. In very little time, it produces incredible results. The Lemur interface is totally true to the original instrument, but adds some internal functions like array rotation, adjustable grid, invert and custom colors.
This was one of the most popular projects in the Lemur community. It uses almost all the features of the Lemur, like advanced multi-scripting, arithmetic functions, MIDI note triggering and control changes. It is built and inspired to work with NI Absynth 4/5, especially with ambient drones, soundscapes and evolving sounds. A 2D object handles visualization of mathematical formulas, while a note sequence is played back and tuned to a user configured scale. A control section with 8 sliders allows you to freely assign 8 controller numbers to send to your application. Furthermore, you can interpolate between two saved configurations to add to the chaos of this experimental tool. Richard Devine's Video
Controlab has a minimalistic design, but it offers some creative features, it uses MIDI to communicate with your software or hardware. It allows you to store presets, morph between them in several ways, Auto, Physics, dedicated ADSR envelope, but keeping things as simple as possible. DOWNLOAD SCREENSHOTS MANUAL (Spanish)
The Lemurized Scapes template gives you total control over Scapes, by Twisted Tools. It allows you to have a "virtual replica" of the instrument, including control over every Mod Sequencer, Gate sequencer, range selection for random, copy/paste operations, bending waveforms, recalling snapshots, settings scales, even extra features like setting grid for some controls. Reaktor and Lemur totally talk to each other throughout the process and any parameter changes will be updated on the Lemur and vice versa, so there is no need to look your computer screen to play with Scapes anymore!
NOD-E is a minimalist Reaktor-based and ABreakpoint (Lemur) inspired instrument that offers a wide range of possibilities for melody composition and/or sample triggering both software and hardwarewise, using a clear and user friendly interface. Alike ABreakpoint, it is aimed at sound design, allowing the use of midi-learn in all its controls in order to modify their behavior in real time via MIDI by any external controller.
It is a free collection of 20 sounds, ambients, soundscapes, drones, Magnus Lidström (creator of Synplant) made a review and some sound samples More Info
